Join the Sardis Seniors Activity Centre Society
New Membership: 
 
Anyone age 50 and older can become a member of the Sardis Seniors Activity Centre by::
  • Completing and submitting a copy of our membership form to the Treasurer or Director of Memberships.
  • Agreeing to abide by the rules and conditions of membership as set out in the society's constitution.
  • Paying annual membership fee of $25.00
  • Participate in any of the regular activities for a low fee of $2 per session.
Benefits of Membership: 
 
Member of the Sardis Seniors Activity Centre enjoy the following benefits:
  • Attend most of our activity programs for a low fee of $2.00 per session.
  • Create new activity programs- subject to approval of Directors.
  • Run for and hold office as a member of the Executive
Membership Form: 
 
New and renewing memberships must be accompanied by a completed membership form.  Forms are available at the Seniors Centre or you can download and print a form from the links below:
