MAIN ENTRANCE NOW OPEN!!!

The repairs to the main entrance have been completed and it is available for use!

Thank you to our members for their patience as the necessary upgrades have taken place!

Please note that, although the non-slip application is still in place on the ramp and stairs,
it will not be replaced on the landing until the warm weather in the spring.

A huge thank you goes out to the brave volunteers that showed up Saturday to clean up the gazebo area.

It was wet and chilly but Maggie, Jan, Catherine, Judy,
Ron, Ron and Dave all persevered to make the area
ready for spring planting.

TAI CHI IS COMING TO THE SSACS!!

We will be offering two Tai Chi activities every week starting on Dec 10!

The classes are designed for seniors and are focussed on promoting improved
health through a set of gentle movements.

Beginner Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 9:00am to 10:30am. Advanced
classes will be held on Fridays from 9:00am to 11:00am.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

SENIOR/YOUTH SING-A-LONG
The Senior/Youth Mentor Program will be holding a Christmas sing-a-long with
students on Dec 5, 9:30-11:00 am. We will need for at least 10 volunteers (1 senior/table)
to sing with the students and some to make hot chocolate. If you can give us a
hand, please sign up on the poster on the bulletin board.
 
All are welcome to attend and sing with us. 
 

CHRISTMAS LUNCH
Help is needed for the Christmas lunch on Dec 6. If you are
able to help, please sign up on the poster on the bulletin board.


CHRISTMAS LUNCH


Mark your calendars! Our Christmas Lunch will take place on Dec 6!

Doors open at 11:30am. Our talented dance and music groups will
entertain us at 12 noon and a delicious turkey dinner buffet with
all the trimmings provided by Cookies Grill will be served at 12:30.


 After the meal, sign along with The Grey Cats as they play your favourite Christmas carols.

NEW "YORK" EVE

After last year's fantastic event, we will be holding
another New "York" Eve this Dec 31, 6-9pm.

LEAD GUITAR WORKSHOP

The Jammers are looking to get an instructor in to teach a two-hour group lesson on lead
guitar beginners to intermediate playing level. The date and cost has yet to be decided
depending on the interest of the jammer participants. If you are interested, please indicate
your interest by putting your name on the sign up sheet on the bulletin board.

your brain and lift your spirits. Crafting with friends is even
better! Bring your crafting projects to get help or teach others.

Join us every Monday morning at 9:30!
